Billing Clerk in Service Department of HVAC company
Daily duties :
Weekly processing and recording employee time sheets, monitoring and processing billing for 7-10 account managers on a daily basis.
Preparing various billing reports and spreadsheets, using EXCEL pivot tables, v-look ups, formulas, data analysis, linking, and graphics.
MUST HAVE STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS - looking for fast typing and data entry skills.
Collaborating with other departments to make billing process smoother and fewer steps for all of those involved. Troubleshooting invoices when needed.
Interacting with internal departments when clarification is needed.
Fast paced and detail oriented.
Pay depending on experience.
